Collaborative Projects
Whether it is the sublime nature of an intimate musical duo or the powerhouse of a Baroque string orchestra, Brian has supported many local musical projects as well as visiting artists.
Arafura Collective
The Arafura Collective is a uniquely 'Darwin' Classical and 'other' inspired ensemble group. Formed in 1995, this group has commissioned many works and supported many great musical initiatives in the NT, including cross-cultural performances and collaborative works.
Arafura Flute & Guitar Duo
Brian Cullen & Claire Kilgariff have been collaborating on musical projects including performances at art galleries, for Australian political dignitaries and at community events since 2022. As an off-shoot of the Arafura Collective, this ensemble seeks to maintain awareness of baroque and Japanese music in the NT.
